Meet the Executive Chef, Jeff Moore

Hailing from the greater Los Angeles area, I came to Utah in 2001 after attending the University of Hawaii. I spent ten years skiing and working at the Alta Peruvian Lodge before moving to Orange County to start a family. During that time, I was lucky enough to work with well-regarded chefs in both small gastropubs and large hotels. During the pandemic we returned to Sandy to be a part of the great community that we left behind. Our family, Ella (11), Bennett (9), Lucy (4), and my lovely wife Natalie, spend as much time outdoors as possible. Our family focuses are skiing, biking, climbing, camping, golfing, and gardening. The Cottonwood Club has been a fantastic place to call home for the past few years. The membership welcomed me to this place with arms wide open. We have been able to build an incredible food and beverage team and continue to improve the membership experience every day.
