Master's Swim



The master's program at the Cottonwood Country Club is still to be determined. Please check back for udpates on if Sophie will be able to provide this valuble benefit this year.

Swimming has amazing health benefits.  It improves your cardiovascular health and endurance.  Swimming also can lower blood pressure and improve circulation.  Its great for cross training and gives your joins a break while still working every muscle.  Come join us this summer!
