Name

Annie Condon

Title

Assistant Swim Coach

Annie has loved swimming for as long as she can remember. Some of her fondest childhood memories are the summers she spent swimming in the Country Club league, her favorite events being the 50 butterfly and the fourth leg of the freestyle relay. She was a varsity swimmer throughout all four years of high school and was appointed captain twice. She admits her deep appreciation for swimming is due in part to the sport itself, but also to the countless friends she has made through swimming over the years. She recently graduated Magna Cumme Laude from the University of Utah with a major in strategic communications and plans to continue with her graduate education in the fall. Annie also loves running, hiking, skiing, dog walking, golfing, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Head Dive Coach

This is my sixth year coaching in the country club leagues. I love everything about diving. I love watching the kids focus, learn new dives, overcome fear, try hard things, compete at their best, and I even like to see a good crash here and there (safely of course). Back in the old days of my diving career I took state in high school for Olympus. I like green too! I was top 20 at junior nationals and qualified multiple times to senior nationals. I went on to represent BYU for 4 years and was the Mountain West Conference diver of the year graduating with a BA in physics and math teaching. I now love hanging out with my 6 kids and my awesome husband while we ski, mountain bike, hike, kayak, river raft and do everything outside we can think of. My favorite hobby in the whole world though is sledding, ask me about it sometime! I can't wait to get to know all these amazing kids at Cottonwood Country Club!
